Conscious Puzzles – Late Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the quality of our services, Conscious Puzzles has a firm policy regarding late cancellations and missed appointments.

24-Hour Cancellation Requirement

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Notice must be given by phone, text, or email (choose the methods you prefer).

  • Providing notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellations

A late cancellation is any appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations will be charged a $50 Late Cancellation Fee.

  • This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid before scheduling future sessions.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for an appointment without any prior notice.

  • No-shows will incur a $50 No-Show Fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may lead to limited scheduling options or discontinuation of services.

    Rescheduling Within 24 Hours

    Any attempt to reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours in advance is considered a late cancellation, because the time slot can no longer be offered to another client.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the $50 Late Cancellation Fee.

Why This Policy Exists

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed or canceled late:

  • Our staff and providers lose valuable time they have set aside.

  • Other clients waiting for services miss opportunities to book those time slots.

The fee helps offset the cost of the unused appointment time and encourages consistency in attendance.
